By gas-liquid chromatography(GC), gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS), their structures were characterized as ;Cer-1 : N-palmitoyl-(16.7%), N-stearoyl-(14.0%), N-behenoyl-(19.2%) and N-lignoceroyl-phytosphingosines(27.7%); Cer-2 : N-2\u0027-hydroxybehenoyl-(22.6%), and N-2\u0027-hydroxylignoceroyl-phytosphingosines(60.5%); CMH-1 : 1-O-glucosyl-N-2\u0027-hydroxypentadecanoyl-(13.8%) and 1-O-glucosyl-N-2\u0027-hydroxypentadecanoyl-nonadecasphingadienines(71.2%);
