| 内容記述 | I explain first fundamental properties of motivic L functions and automorphic L functions in number theory. A type of motivic L functions, those of elliptic curves, is particularly considered. I introduce Congruence Number Problem and the conjectural relation of this problem with L functions of associated elliptic curves. Then I give examples of integers which are congruence numbers up to Birrch-Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture. Finally I analyze some errors which arose in the process of studying the difficult contents of number theory, suggest the means to overcome them, and mention my opinion about the importance of voluntary learning and teacher's attitude to support such student's learning. | |||||
