Being against our\ncommon knowledge, our simulations with very realistic conditions show that both of\nthe domestic consumers and the domestic  shery industry can gain by the subsidy (a\nnegative tari  rate) policy, and also that income of the  shery industry would increase\nby trade liberalization when all possible linkages of economic activities are taken into\naccount by a general equilibrium framework.
