Paper","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年、いじめや不登校といった子どもたちの問題に対する予防的な心理教育アプローチの必要性が高まっている。本研究では、世界で注目されているマインドフルネスを子どもに適用した「.bプログラム」を小学6年生に実施し、印象評価や観察記録、自己評価的意識との関連を解析することで、わが国への導入について検討した。約70%の対象がプログラムを肯定的に評価し、半数以上が集中やリラックスに役立つと回答しており、プログラムの基本的な目標が概ね達成可能であることが示された。また、より学校適応的で攻撃性の低い対象が、プログラムの効果を感じていることが分かった。今後の課題として、日本の教育事情や対象に合わせたプログラムの工夫、指導者の養成、更には親や教育者も含む学校教育におけるマインドフルネスに関するさらなる実践的効果研究の蓄積が望まれる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"滋賀大学教育学部紀要,
