This paper describes isolation and structural characterlzation of a sphingomyeiin from the marine crab, Erimacrus isenbeekii. The chemical structure was completely characterized by aliphatic analyses, hydrogen fluoride degradation, acid hydrolysis, enzymatic hydrolysis, infrared analysis and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization timeof- flight mass spectrometry. The caramide moiety of the sphingomyelin consisted primarily of C18:0, C20:0, C22:0 and C22:1 fatty acids, and dihydroxy-C14:1, -14:0  and -C16:1 sphingoids., 滋賀大学教育学部紀要, 3, 自然科学, 第52号, pp.9-16}, pages = {9--16}, title = {ケガニ、Erimacrus isenbeckii (節足動物、甲殻類)におけるスフィンゴミエリンの存在}, year = {2002} }
