 note = {Departmental Bulletin Paper, Daily　numbers　of　sickness　and　injuries　which　occurred　among　elementary　school　children
and　junior　high　school　students　were　investigated　during　the　period　between　October　and  November  in  1999.  The  frequencies  of　those　were　evaluated　by  eiological　factor 　and　by  sex-etiological　factor.
　Daily　number　of　injuries  was　small　in　the　schoolboys　than　in　the　schoolgirls,　and　did
not　increase　when　the　school　grade　went　on.　The　proportions　by　type　of　injury　were　large
in　the　wounds　among　elementary　school　children　and　junior　high　school  students.  These  results　were　not　similar　to　those　reported　previously　concerning　accidents　among　school  children　and　students.
　Daily　numbers　of　sickness　among　elementary　school　children　were　large　in　the　higher
grades　and　during　the　recess.　On　the　other　hand,　those　among　junior　high　school　students
were　large　in　the　second　grade　and　during　the　recess.　Of　all　sickness,　the　proportion  of  the　pain　in　the　head,　stomach　and　tooth　was　large　among　both　elementary　school　children  and　junior　high　school　students., 滋賀大学教育学部紀要, 3, 自然科学, 第51号, pp.7-14},
