The C-P bond is not degraded by strong mineral acids or alkalis but is degraded by digestion with perchloric acid. The difference between the total phosphorous, measured after perchloric acid digestion, and phosphate phosphorous(C-O-P bond-type phosphorous) liberated by acid hydrolysis represents the amount of C-P phosphorous [Pc-p =P total -Phydrolyzable]. To determine Phydrolyzable, it is necessary to hydrolyze by strong mineral acids for long times. The conventional method requires reaction for 40 hours or longer in a boiling water bath or heating oven, which is a time-consuming step. Recently, several reaction times have been reduced using a microwave oven. Here, we describe a method for applying microwave-mediated reaction to phosphorous analysis. By the microwave method, the hydrolysis of C-O-P bond is rapid and complete with only 1 minute and 50 seconds exposure., 滋賀大学教育学部紀要, 3, 自然科学, 第51号, pp.1-5}, pages = {1--5}, title = {電磁波分解におけるC-O-PおよびC-P結合の安定性}, year = {2001} }
