Glcα1-4Galβ1-6Galβ1-Cer(CTSGlc),cholinephosphate→6Galβ1-Cer(PGL1)およびcholinephosphate→6Galβ1-6Galβ1-Cer(PGL2)を抗原として,メチル化ウシ血清アルブミン,アジュバントと共にウサギに免疫して抗血清を調製した。\n抗血清およびアフィニティークロマトグラフィーで精製した抗体の抗原特異性を,それぞれの抗原の構造類似性糖脂質を用いて,ELISAおよびTLC/enzyme-immunostaining法で調べた。\n1.アフィニティークロマトグラフィーで精製した抗CDSGal抗体は, CTSGalとは反応するが, CMSGal(Galβ1-Cer), CDSGlc(Galβ1-4Glcβ1Cer), CTSGlcおよびCTSMan(Man α1-4Galβ1-6Galβ1-Cer)とは全く交差反応を示さないことから,非還元末端からの2糖(Galβ1-6Gal)を抗原決定基としている。\nII.精製抗CTSGal抗体は,CTSGalにのみ反応し,非還元末端からのトリガラクトース残基(Galβ1-6Galβ1-6Ga1)を抗原決定基としている。\nIII.抗CTSGlc抗血清は, CTSGal, CTSManにも交差反応を示さない極めて高い特異性を有しているものである。\nIV.精製抗PGL1抗体は, PGL2およびPGL3b(cholinephosphate→6Galβ1-6Ga1β1-6Galβ1-Cer)とは\n極めて強い交差反応を示すが,PGL3a(cholinephosphate→6(Man α 1-4)Galβ1-6Galβ1-Cer),CMSGal,\nCDSGal, CTSGalおよびスフィンゴミエリンとはほとんど反応しないことから,ホスホコリン残基を含む非還元末端ガラクトース(cholinephosphate→6Gal)を抗原決定基としている。\nV.精製抗PGL2抗体はホスホコリンを含むジガラクトースおよびトリガラクトース残基を認識する。\n
