This glycolipid differed from those of other shellfish examined in its composition of fatty acid and long-chain base, since it mainly contained α-hydroxy fatty acids (78%) and C19-sphingosine which was not widely distributed as the long-chain base composition. The fatty acids and long-chain bases were analyzed by gas-liquid chromatographymass spectrometry as the methyl esters and trimethylsilyl ether derivatives, respectively., 滋賀大学教育学部紀要, 自然科学, 第22号, pp.11-15}, pages = {11--15}, title = {貝類脂質の生化学的研究 : ⅩⅣ. アコヤ貝のGalactosyl Ceramide について}, year = {1972} }
