This WS design adopted the design of agile software development made for a lecture on interpreting the cultural landscape of Omihachiman. Watching the landscape with each group discussion and iteration lead the participants to find out about new characteristics of the environment. The results were as follows: First, as for the results of the analysis of the information spoken in each section, lots of information was described relating to the cultural landscape. It analyzed the information from text data through analytical text mining. It also analyzed the relation between the elements. IT1 showed a holonic relationship between Omihachiman and Lake Biwa, IT2 showed the framework of a historical city, and IT3 showed the city axis of Omihachiman. According to the co-occurrence network, we next analyzed ITs and survey groups as external variables, and as a result, the effect of duplication and sharing of information has been confirmed. The Agile WS design is effective.
