 note = {Departmental Bulletin Paper, In the lecture, the author made students rank nine animals in order of their importance. Many of the students placed the cockroach at the bottom of the ranking. But the existence of each species is valuable in the ecosystem, even that of cockroaches. The author analyzed the students’ reasons why they placed cockroaches at the bottom of the ranking, with the aim of developing an environmental education program.
