We must develop a new destination which is not round trip-oriented like “Biwaichi”. Next, we classified into three categories (up to 1978, from 1978 to 2011, and from 2011 on), and clarified the transitional improvement in bicycle-friendly environments in Shiga Prefecture. Finally, since it is important to make more people cycle more often and longer distances, we need to use various bicycles including tandem bicycles in order to link tourism and everyday transport. It may be possible to think of transporting the community, rather than carrying people., 滋賀大学環境総合研究センター研究年報, 第15巻第1号, pp. 3-12}, pages = {3--12}, title = {コミュニティ輸送ツールとしての自転車の可能性}, volume = {15}, year = {2018} }
