| 内容記述 | Commercial credit is`the basis of the credit system'(Marx,Capital), and clarification of commercial credit ―its formation, functions and limitations― is the basis for understanding higher organizations of the capitalist credit system. Studies on it, however, have some problems up to now. In this paper, it is argued that a part of them are caused by two defects which many studies have in common.:1) The uncertainty of circulation process and the concept “circulation period" of industrial capital are not understood properly. 2) It is not made clear that the functions of temporary transactions on credit are different from those of continua1 ones. Therefore this paper discusses both temporary and continual commercial credit respectively. | |||||||
